let this be a special day filled with plenty of peace, love and happiness by speaking only that which adds to you peace, love and happiness

Without a doubt, the words we often say have the power to bring in to our lives the exact match of what we say.

But I know from experience that it’s not easy to shift our minds from talking about that which we don’t want to talking only about that which we want. And so what do we do to develop that new habit of speaking more about peace, love and happiness… because if we are honest, that’s what we all want to experience every single day?

How about we take one day at a time?

How about we start it from today?

I mean, if you know that you normally catch yourself complaining and criticising more than you catch yourself praising and complimenting, then you need to grow a new habit in you. The habit of speaking more of peace, of love and of happiness.

In the next 24 hours, let no word of complaint, of fault-finding, of hurting, of putting anybody down, of disbelief, of hatred… and anything related to that. But instead, let your few words, if they are few… let them be about praise, about love, about adding confidence to others, about uplifting their hopes and dreams… Let it be just for one day. How hard can it be?

And at the end of your day, evaluate yourself.

Did you do your best?

Did you feel great as a result?

Did you feel loved as you loved them unconditionally?

Did you feel at easy and full of peace of mind?

Forget about doing this for the rest of your life.

Just give it a day.

And remember, to give you a chance of success in this, start it immediately.

No need to over think anything.

By the way, it doesn’t cost you a penny… but it has the potential of moving your life in to the direction of your dreams, faster than you’ve ever imagined.

Change your language.

Change your words.

Change your life.

Only one day at a time.

All the best.
