the ultimate personal development challenges >>> 1. develop the #number #1habit

Let’s be honest, the purpose of life is growth.

And that is, if we are not getting better, then we are getting worse.

If we are not on the path to achieving our goals, then we are path to nowhere important.

Yes, if we aren’t pushing ourselves to get better… even to be the best in what we do, then we are opening doors for mediocre and regret.

That’s why I think personal development is very important – both as a subject and a way of life.

I know, I know… there are so many people out there who will always give a middle finger to anything ‘self-help’. But you know what?

Show me a person who is advancing in life and I will show you a person who knows what personal development is all about.

Oh yes, show me a person who is positive, creative and very confidence and I will show you a person who has learned the art of helping themselves grow – no matter what.

These people take time to grow their thinking.

They take time to learn new ideas.

Introduce new perspectives to them and they are looking on how they could benefit from them.

Show then new books and they will pick the ones that teach them how to have an edge.

Introduce them to other people and they will immediately see what two, three things they can learn from these new acquaintances.

They are on fire.

They hardly fill their minds with trash of the media.

They always invest more in themselves than they do on anything else.

They do this because they know that to get more out of life they’ve to become more.

Ask them what their secret is and they will tell you this:

Learn more to earn more.

In fact, this is the number one habit that has the power to always keep you motivated and full of great ideas and energy – no matter what you are up to.

Do you want to experience rapid growth and advancement in your career? Well, invest more in yourself than anything else.

Would you like to always have the energy to give your all, to staying motivated – no matter what? Don’t fill your mind with media trash but with treasures from some of the great minds.

And so here is the challenge for the NEXT 7 DAYS:

1> Read at least one best written or best-selling book in your field.

Make sure it’s one of the best books that the best in your field actually read.

If you are in sales, for example, you will be reading books like Secrets of Closing the Sale by Zig Ziglar.

But if you are into the laws of attraction, then you read Pam Grout’s E-Squared: Nine Do-It-Yourself Energy Experiments That Prove Your Thoughts Create Your Reality.

Whatever you are up to, read what the best of the best know…

2> Whatever you learn this week – practice it immediately to make it yours.

The reason you do this is because soon or later, we all forget what we thought we knew. But by practising new ideas, we make them part of us – we make them us.

3> Find at least one successful person in your industry or in your field…

And find at least three things to copy from them and make them yours.

Well, that’s an easy challenge!

And if you like what you gain/become after 7 days, do it again for 7 more days… actually, just do it for life – why not?

But the best way to always be learning is by keeping the hunger for more, new and better knowledge, for more progress in life – going.

Yes, keep pushing the boundaries!
